Fermented Black Seed Beverage Recipe

I tested this recipe last week and could not wait to share with all of you – ending the day with this warming and calming drink was like giving myself a big ol’ hug. Fermented Black Seed Beverage

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup liquid (hot water, milk, non-dairy milk)
  • 1/2 tsp New Chapter Fermented Black Seed Booster Powder
  • 1 tblsp coconut butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp honey

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and combine for roughly 2-3 minutes
  2. Serve immediately and sprinkle with cinnamon
