Truth, I’m a meditation teacher and guide and I haven’t been meditating…

Yes, I know I had a baby 4 months ago and I always teach myself and my clients to be in the chapter they’re in. But right now, I don’t know that I’m in the next chapter. And I’m not in the past chapter. I’m somewhere in the middle, and frankly kind of lost.

There’s something I need, that I actually feel we all need, as a collective, to help us walk through whatever we’re facing next in our lives. I’m not sure what that is, but I know the best way to gain clarity for myself around anything is to sit and ask for it.

I don’t know about you, but just saying I need to meditate or I should meditate has not been working for me. I know that I need community, accountability, and a space to make it fun again. So that’s why I’m running another round of my famous Guided Grounding Group. I’m not saying that I have all the answers for you or for myself but I know there is a deep magic in being in the unknown and being in it together.

We’re living with a lot of uncertainty in our lives, not sure what chapter we’re in and how to move forward. Once again, I have a deep knowing that now more than ever the Guided Grounding Meditations are needed — and in an even more intentional way.

I launched the Guided Grounding Group Experience at the beginning of this year and hundreds of amazing people from all around the world became a part of this special group unlike anything in the meditation world. The sessions were so incredible, the community so supportive, and the results so REAL that I decided to run it again.

The main thing that’s different this time – the retreat is part of the Guided Grounding Experience. During the last session, I had an optional retreat add-on for the group that was intended to be 90 minutes and we ended up gathering for over three hours. After that transformative day, I realized that this needed to be part of the overall experience. Now, more than ever, we’re creating community and to be really seen. 

In the retreat, we’ll have an extended period of time to come together, write out our intentions for our life in the coming year and have time to really go deep with it, feel what we need to feel, and talk through what we need to talk through. Every single person that attends the retreat will have an opportunity to ask questions and be coached by me!

The Guided Grounding Group takes our meditation experience together to a deeper level through longer sessions and specific journaling practices, and additional guidance through reflection questions. Beyond our practices, The Guided Grounding Group also provides a safe and supportive container for connecting to yourself while in a community of others doing the same (which may be the most important part of it all!)

Here’s what’s included when you join the four-week Guided Grounding Group:

You don’t need to have a meditation practice or even consider yourself a “meditator” to be a part of this group. Think of these sessions as intentional “mindful moments” just for you, rather than a traditional meditation practice. Bottom line – come exactly as you are, whether you’re hanging solo in your apt (resisting all the good for you wellness things!), or have a little one on your hip getting through a pile of dishes, any version of you is completely welcome in the Guided Grounding Group.

WHEN: The Guided Grounding Group runs for four weeks, November 9th – December 3rd, with live Guided Grounding meditation sessions on Tuesdays and Fridays at 10:30 AM EST

WHERE: It will be hosted on a private Instagram page just for community members. All of the replays will be posted on the Instagram page as soon as we finish, and we’ll use the comments to support each other— Robyn will be replying to every comment as well

INVESTMENT: The Guided Grounding Group + Retreat Experience is $277 if you pay in full and we offer a payment plan. You can also just register for the twice a week meditations without the retreat if you’re not able to commit to the retreat at this time for $127 if you pay in full. 

RETREAT: The retreat will be an intimate online gathering where we’ll deep dive Guided Grounding style!  We’ll have extra time to meditate, journal, reflect, share, move and get coaching from me. Join us for this immersive experience and leave feeling calmer and more connected to your heart, fueling you for the days and weeks ahead. The retreat will be hosted on Zoom on November 21st at 1:00 PM EST and the recording will be provided for those who can’t join live.
