- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 bag ginger tea
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon or more to taste
- Stir together all the ingredients. Let the tea steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bag and enjoy! Aim to have 2 to 3 cups per day.
