Do you wish you could wake up every morning and actually WANT to start working, rather than hitting snooze three times and dragging yourself to the office? Have you always wanted to help others in a big way? I’ve been there. I worked as an event planner and nonprofit developer for years and know what it feels like to be less than psyched to go to work every day.
Everything changed when I went back to school at the world’s largest nutrition school, the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and graduated as a Certified Health Coach.
The program changed my life, and I don’t say that lightly. The mission of the school is to “play a crucial role in improving health and happiness, and through that process, create a ripple effect that transforms the world.”
Right after graduating, I created a successful health coaching practice and cooking show to teach others how to truly nourish their bodies. Now I wake up every morning energized and excited to see clients, shoot videos, and appear on national television as the go-to wellness expert.
If I can do it, you can too.

The School and Program
The Health Coach Training Program at IIN is entirely virtual, accessible via desktop, tablet, or smart phone. It can be done anywhere, making it perfect for busy people who travel a lot or want to create their own schedule for another reason. The school teaches you how to work with clients one-on-one, run group programs, and hold workshops at corporate offices, spas, health clubs, doctors’ offices, schools and so much more. There are unlimited options, and how you use your education is entirely up to you. Integrative Nutrition covers cutting-edge, modern, traditional, and holistic nutrition concepts you won’t find in a traditional nutrition program.
Here are just a few of the topics you’ll study:
- Thyroid Health
- Organic vs Non-Organic vs Local Foods
- Deconstructing cravings
- Autoimmune disorders
- Emotional eating
- Food energetics
- Digestive System
- Government Policies
- School food
Integrative Nutrition graduates are highly respected by clients and healthcare providers. They get glowing referrals from doctors and chiropractors, and are often invited to work in medical offices, chiropractic clinics, and other professional settings. They’re also frequently called upon to comment on health issues on national television, radio, and at live events.
